Overview
Due to the Covid-19 virus and the guidelines established for our reopening, we have had to implement some temporary changes to our testing process.
We will no longer accept walk in testing. all test takers must register on line for each test they are taking.
You will need to be processed into the facility and asked top follow our established processes we have put into place. You will receive a copy of these processes 24 hours prior to your session. If you cannot abide by the established proceedures, please do not register until the guidelines have been modified or removed.
The Department of Licensing offices have limited in person services. Endorsements and permits may be added online at the DOL website if you have successfully completed all the testing necessary. Even though you may have passed the tests, you are not legal to ride until you have visited the DOL service office or have added your permit or endorsement online.

This is the skills test required to add your Motorcycle Learners Permit to your Drivers License. You must also pass a Permit Written test to successfully complete the permit process.
The Skills Test consists of 5 evaluation runs that test your ability to Weave, Turn from a stop, U-turn, Brake, Swerve and Corner. This test will be administered at our training facility located at 2125 Robertson Drive, Richland WA.
The Skills test will be administered on your motorcycle. Training bikes are not available for use by those challenging the test!
Once the required written and skills tests are successfully completed, you may take your paperwork to a DOL office or visit them online and have your Learners Permit added to your license. Your test results are good for 180 days.
